The crouching gentlemen are the Hogan twins, Terry and Randy. Terry uses the shotgun and Randy uses the rifle. They wear shamrock green helmets to pay homage to their Irish heritage.
The metallic man in the center is Silverdome. Greg Silver, a cop from Pontiac, MI was mortally wounded saving some merchants from being attacked by a wild pack of urban thugs. In a bid to save some aspect of his life, the Detroit PD Future Tech dept. was able to successfully transfer Silver's soul and psyche into a new V5 liquid metal robot cop model.
Not much is currently known about the leader of the group standing in back.
