This usually takes 6 months to well over a year.
Once all the preorders have been filled they hold a stock sale at one of their websites for the same price as the preorders.
If you miss out an either of those two, you gotta pay markups at BBTS and a few other sites that carry them.

https://store-horsemen.myshopify.com/collections/all is all they have left from the huge exodus sale, which was them clearing out every last figure they had lying around from over the years.
There's going to be a new wave revealed next month that will probably go up for preorder, too.
I'd guess we'll see the next stock sale late spring to early summer next year for the Arethyr and All Stars 3 waves; and the skull horse.
They've been promising the basic legion builders to always be in stock for some time now. Due to the wu flu I'd say realistically we wouldn't see that until next summer at the earliest.
