Umarak is most likely the big flagship set so he has to include something special (demonic powered up MoCo?). If we don't count the Creatures head as mask, there still are only two other masks.
Ekimu can work with a gold Mask of Creation and a recolored version, but I have the feeling he's going to get a new version of the Mask so he can be combined with the Creatures like the Uniters and Umarak.
I fear the three Beasts are going to get shafted like the Skeletons, they can come up with dual sided masks like 2009 and 2011 but two Beasts are still bound to share the same face/mask design.
Alternatively, Umarak and Ekimu just includes recolors, and each Beast gets a different mask/face (with 12 masks instead of 11).
The possibility they're raising the budget compared to 2015 isn't unlikely, but I don't know.
