Stakeout isn't afraid of a 2-to-1 matchup, and misters "maintenance" and "out of my way" lack leadership and initiative to launch an effective assault at the moment. Under the gifter-fren's suggestion, they take turns being leader. Offense and maintenance need each other, after all.
