Stakeout isn't afraid of a 2-to-1 matchup, and misters "maintenance" and "out of my way" lack leadership and initiative to launch an effective assault at the moment. Under the gifter-fren's suggestion, they take turns being leader. Offense and maintenance need each other, after all.
I'll maybe post some photos of an aftermath, or maybe elections for respective Autobot/Decepticon micromaster leaders. Not sure if I should open Ravage/Laserbeak if I don't have a Soundwave, but in purchase order within factions, that's:

So 16 guys, either each faction votes for its own leader, or the enemies get half a vote for the other side? Scout's honour, an enemy that you really respect and think they'd make a worthy enemy leader. They might have a Christmas party after, who knows.
