Company ordering behavior for figures has changed. It is going to be the end of sales on new waves. It's already starting at game stop which was hit hard by overstocking toys and other factors (so much so they raised their minimum for free shipping to 59 bucks).
They now order enough figures for the preorders and a couple extra and that is it. It's also beginning at Target for some lines like DC multiverse where they are not stocking many if any new figures online after the preorder period; Arkham Catwoman sold out in like a week or two.
You will never see the great sales of 2020-2022 ever again. They demand you buy at MSRP or not at all.
