>>10822649>Not familiar with the Sandman characters or seriesIt's the tv show on Netflix, you can probably find either a pirated episode to look at or some you tube clips, but the version of Despair shown on the show was fully clothed, but the comic books from decades ago had the character mostly naked as you can see from this comic book store poster.
OTOH, I'm not familiar with the Cults and can't remember Yama that well, but yeah, anything like that works, but people do buy finished customs. A friend of mine from a discord sells DC characters and he sold a pretty plain female in a wheel chair with a prop lap as Barbara Gordon (Batgirl) post her beating from the joker where she's the Oracle character, for like $40 or so. I know people who have sold customs for as much as $100, and I think you could probably get anywhere from $40-$75 (depending on how PATIENT you want to be) for a good custom DC/Vertigo Despair.
I just sold a mint on card Vertigo Death (basically a plain teen gothic chick with an umbrella) that I ended up stuck with from a lot purchase that essentially I was able to sell for $20 profit even taking into account the postage and EB fee.
>>10822239>paint transfersI used to do this for wood block art and small print designs and some other similar (e.g. non-plastic and more porous surfaces) but a spray "fix" finish might help with any cloth - you probably need to ask if anyone else had done this. I had things that still flaked but minimally and this was from normal wear and tear (too many in-town moves when I was younger and fresh out of school).
I had some art school friends who even used her hair spray as a cheap "fix" - but these were for finished class projects not for something she wanted to permanently display or pose for indefinite periods.
