>>8505536If you go to Akibahara int the alley between toranoana and the taito station there were as of a few months ago normal machines and then machines that seem to all be of fanartists doing pins and things. No clue how you rent them. Seen one or two similar fanart machines in other toranoana across Japan, plus some indie/arty ones, but that place has the highest concentration.
