The "joints" are hidden since they are internal. The sculpt cuts are not depending on the design. Only bad one this time is Garou though, the rest you wouldn't make a big deal out of them unless you're being pathetically critical. Okarun is the best possible case because of the folded pants.
Yeah like any type of articulation points they have tradeoffs. Fair enough but I always think anons are blind to the flaws of "traditional" jointing methods.

It was strange seeing many comments when the focus has always been about the knee spikes. It's not a perfect system for any body type though like the thin simple legs of Railgun schoolgirls. They can't hide the necessary negative space that is normally hidden with muscular male legs. That's when you want to have double joints. The Boss is slightly in that boat but not as bad as those.
