I knew this is the JcPenny budget doll version before I read the post because of the blue logo at the top left hand side of the box that reads "Disney Collection" instead of "Disney Store". These budget dolls usually sell for $10 to $15 which would explain the lack of articulation, the cheap budget cardboard box, and the dress, but still there is just so much wrong with that face mold.
