>>7536104it's pretty rare to find people army building anything 1:12 here on /toy/, or anywhere else for that matter.
The most I've ever seen someone army build anythign 1:12 here on /toy/ was some guy on mythic legions thread.
I'm pretty sure there's one some guy too.
>>7536103so you're giong to army build $80-100 figures?
The most I've army built in 1:12 are McFarlane's CoD figures and that's three of those skull masked guys. I've bought doubles fr other figures, but that was mostly just for their weapons. I have two Stormtroopers in 1:12 and i think that's as much as I've army built... oh, and 4 Valerian KTron guys. hmm, and 3a robots, but none of them are technically doubles.
VS me having dozens of Red Ninjas, Alley Vipers, Vipers, Techno Vipers, and other odd Cobra figures in multiples each. Outside of GI Joe, i've bought Acid Rain stuff, with multiples of various figures and even the mechs. MGR, Boss Fight............ despite 1:12 stuff costing more, i easily spend more money on cheaper 1:18 figures in multiples per character. Despite the mechs costing over $100, it's an easier buy for me. It comes with a figure, but it'd be cheaper just to buy a pilot seperately.
ANNNYWAY. I'm surprised no one has army built those MGS Figma soldier guys, considering how cheap they've gotten as bootlegs. I haven't bought them just because of scale issues.
