After 8 billion hours and almost as many posts, the Espada 1 Draken is finished. As I've shown thoroughly, only really small markings on the plane are decals, the rest were airbrushed in layers since the decals simply don't exist in the scale for what I wanted to make. Same story on the Eagle behind, but this really took it to the next level. The 1/48 Hasegawa kit was really good, honestly it went together better than I thought it would for something that age with few places where you really had to fix anything. The landing gear is a little fiddly, especially the nose gear, but nothing too crazy. I used Eduard Brassin AIM-9Bs since the kit didn't come with any ordnance at all, first time using something like that and I hated it. God resin sucks to glue together. The components and all are really nice but fuck that shit. All in all extremely happy with the result, when I eventually stop procrastinating getting a light box big enough to fit it properly I'll take some better pics of the Draken, Black Widow (cameo bottom right) and Eagle but today is not that day
