>>8469323You can see that even for the original model kit, you were supposed to get the pilot in-place and then build the cockpit around him. If they had sculpted the pilot figure with his head ducking down, you probably could have been able to easily remove/insert the pilot figure for both the model and the RD. I understand why they didn't though, as that would have made his piloting posture inaccurate.
