They're not doing comics characters outside of Marvel and DC. What you need to grasp is that on Japan these characters are mostly known from the blockbuster movies, not the comics themselves. There are some MvC 1 and 2 nostalgia but selection is mostly geared to those knowing who these characters are from big hit movies. They tried with Spider-Gwen pre-movie and failed to sell her. As for streaming I don't think Kaiyodo can be sure of the popularity to risk making figures.
