>>8239581Because when I go to Target or whatever to buy a Transformer, I kind of expect them to be able to, you know, Transform. Hell even figures of characters that don't Transform like Earthrise Quintesson Judge or Energon Kicker still have some form of transforming figure in the box.
I don't have any qualms with whatever the collectors lines do, but they don't sell those $400 Tarns or Star Sabers at Wal-Mart. Meanwhile Hasbro's stuff does end up at the big chain stores, and I don't want to see the same R.E.D. Primes/Megatrons warming the shelves each time I go there while looking for Earthrise/Studio Series stuff.
