I made this using gimp so if you want to use the template. That's the program I used. Not sure if other programs can use the xcf format. But that's your problem if you want to export it to our program of choice.
Next post I'll have up a link to a share folder for it on my throwaway 4chan account I use for /bst/ dealings. I'll have the template up. And it's where I'll be dumping the pdfs for printing.
