It's amazing that even Hottoys can't make a perfect Fett. I think some of the problems stems from them wanting to reuse parts from their Return of the Jedi Fett that aren't accurate to the Empire costume. I'm not that in to the nitty gritty details of Vader's costumes, but I know those guys are just as crazy about getting all the inaccuracies fixed.
