He's only a Deluxe, given he's made from Steelbane's mold, and I imagine people who were dissatisfied with the original toy will probably be wary of this new guy. Still, he's going to be a limited release - Asia exclusive right now, but he'll eventually show up in the West at some point, probably as a Pulse exclusive in small quantities - so it'll ultimately boil down to demand.
That being said, don't scalp. It's a sleazy practice, and the amount of shit you have to sell to break even or come anywhere near what you could earn from just getting a fucking job makes me wonder why people bother with it at all. There are far better ways to earn a living than flipping toys and playing the guessing game for whether or not an item is going to be worth buying up all the stock for.
