Your best option is to buy a bulk lot on ebay. You'll be able to find bulk lots of bricks for about $10 per pound. However, these are used pieces and might need to be cleaned.
Another option is to buy some of these. If you wait until Black Friday, Walmart sells a 900-piece Classic bucket for $20 but every Walmart only gets ten or so of these and they sell out very quickly.
But if you just want a shit ton of Legos, the cheapest way is to buy some bulk lots from ebay.
