Been having great luck on eBay, there's one seller, Teresanlm I think it was that makes tons of great medical stuff. She made the only non-garbage 1/12 syringes I could find. There's a great obgyn chair she has for sale that I'll grab the second I have a spare 75 dollars too. And a ton of asylum stuff. I would have gotten her lobotomy kit, but it's one where all the tools are welded to the tray.

Anything 1/12, so Figma, Nendoroid, things like that. It's dollhouse scale, so minatures.com and quite a few eBay and etsy sellers have stuff too.
