Agree with the other comments that it doesn't work as the Horde's base. It's a set of 3 traps and the puppet monster with no interior space. Arrange the Horde figures on the playset and they just look like they're camping under a tree.
The traps and monster's den entrance make me think of it as the entrance to a D&D dungeon.
