Officially they are fine, as their canon heights would put them around 130mm at 1/12, which if you include the hair makes them very accurate at 135mm.
The problem comes in when Leorio's official height only puts him at 160mm, which while accurate to the numbers, doesn't quite translate to how he looks with them given his longer proportions. Hopefully the SHF doesn't look this bad, but reminds me of Beelzebub and Rao.
