I know some people prefer the old figure because he has a bigger upper body, but the thin neck and tiny head on the figure have always made him look out of proportion to me. It might be accurate to the art (see pic), but in figure form always looked awkward and I don't even keep the figure out.
The new one looks like it has better proportions (for the figure, regardless of the art)...and at least we have the option now to put the new head on the old fig.
