I picked up a MPC-era GG1 at a show this previous weekend. Pantographs were never installed, still in the box. I want to get some rolling stock coaches next. I hear some people say this era of Lionel is garbage and others say they're the best running trains they've owned. I owned a really shit plastic shunter set from the 1980s that fell apart as it ran.
