Gecko Resin makes a few different resin kits in 1/72, though the quality leaves some to be desired (see the SAV m/43 in the previous thread).
Maestro models make some resin kits in 1/76. Same guys as Gecko I think but with masters from someone else, so hopefully a bit better apart from the Oden-forsaken scale.
In 1/35 you can grab a Hobby Boss Toldi (friul tracks or so recommended because god damn) and then either convert into a Strv m/38 yourself with some work or get the resin conversion kit from SBS models.
Likewise you can probably convert the right ausf. (F I think) of the Panzer 38(t) into something close enough to a Strv m/41 without all too much issue, the machinegun barrels are probably the biggest hurdle.
