It would be fourteen inches tall even before the mantis arms. So would any tyranid around the warrior strain size.
And a seven inch termagaunt / hormagaunt pre-assembled at ~20 bucks would utterly destroy GW's 80-300 bucks monstrous creature model sales. We're not getting a nid. At best, genestealer hybrid or magus.
