>>6158990The cartoon and his toy. They make no real sense and bend in random ways in the cartoon, the pylons either staying up or moving with the full arm. His toy just had the front of the tank and two pull out arms that went up 90 degrees from their storage to stick right out.
So I guess floating shoulder pylons are the best way to give him his bumpy shouldered look with keeping the arms free to move.
