All I remembered was that they came with a really cool highly customizable green track system so I spent the past hour or so looking up green hot wheels tracks and finally found them. They are called Tech Trax and were only around in 2004/2005. They cars that came with the sets all had different features such as flexible suspension for jumps or pivoting chassis for better cornering. You could also add weights to the cars and change the body.
