Hasbro did a great job in having way more varied bodies, likely because they also used movie bodies which were almost all uniquely made for movie characters.

Stuff like this made them look like almost new figures because of pieces they added.

Hasbro is USUALLY smart about how they do retools, reusing the same molds, and including new pieces to make the same old shit look fresh and amazing.

Combined with hiring some of the best sculptors in the industry, you'll be hard pressed to find more accurate looking representations of most characters despite being retools. They really know how to pack in the detail and the articulation is great too.

Like with the MU line, their stuff was pretty mediocre. Nothing special, but as the line went on, we started seeing a lot of amazing figures being made, and even when they reused stuff, they still created high tier figures.

We see this all the time with Hasbro, like with MArvel Legends and GI Joe.
