Remco also heavily recycled their body molds between the different toy lines. In pic related, you can see in the top row, third from the left has the same body as yours with different paint apps. However, in the middle row, fourth from the left has the exact same head as yours.
And to answer the eternal unspoken question, he's not worth much on the secondary market. $5 at best.
