you can literally see the texture that they put on in this blurry ass photo. It looks glittery because those are the HIGH SPOTS of the plastic reflecting from my camera's flash. It's a rough surface.

Wherever there isn't pitting and gouges, it's smooth plastic vs the Space Marine's rough feeling armor.
