Second, your light source is wrecking any chance you have to make your model look cool, it's way too bright. Lay a piece of paper over your light to soften the glare on it.
Third of all, try some sandpaper graduating from say 500 up to 2000 on those nubs. I know the pics only make it more clear they're there, sometimes I take 4k pics with my phone just to double check if I missed something.
A lot of people will give you shit for this, just know it only takes time to get used to it and some practice. It's a good first try and if it's not, it's still a good try. Read some of the tips and tricks in the OP and you can make this something to be really proud of.
