The currently playline ones are NuPolly Pocket with their plastic hair and rubbery clothes (that will disintegrate worse than pleather) and Winner's Stable which have rotted hair and cheap fabric top, they also come with horses. Good discontinued smaller scale playline fashion dolls: Dawn Doll, Lil' Bratz and Lego Scala. There areadult collector lines like Picco Neemo line by Azone, some of which have molded plastic hair and if you're ok with that, there's also Figma Basics and even few model kits that sell separately fabric clothes, you might ask the Busou Shinki thread for more details about it. There areothers which are more realistic, but I'm not very familier with them, we used to have 1/12 cloth general or something like that, you search in the archive.
Golden Girl and the Guardians of the Gemstones are 6", but they only have rooted hair, still awesome though and they have two-sided capes.
