They changed pretty much everything. From the way the kibble sits on the shoulders, to the slimming of the torso. The windshield piece is now inverted to sit on the top of his back instead of as a buttflap. The tires do still end up in the crotch but are now covered by armor on both sides so you can't see them. He's a lot more sleek to boot.
