Shipping times have averaged 2 weeks for me, with outliers on both ends. Sometimes stuff does get lost, had that happen to me just this month but it's only the second time out of countless orders over several years, no different than any other online retailer and they're good about refunds.
Thanks OP for the new thread, did the last one but it was a ghost town until just before falling off the board, already having to keep the army men gen alive just about on my own so it's greatly appreciated.
