>>10103774>>10103774I wouldn't go so far as say it's good and decent is pushing it. It's mediocre at best, I went in a year after it dropped able to watch it all and well after all the controversy to the point it was fuzzy what the issues even were and it wasn't that great. Animation for the most part was good quality and some scenes could have been amazing if better framed which leads to it's issues which is the pacing and story was a noisy mess not even sure what it was suppose to be. The ScareGlow episode and the two that followed were especially stupid and bout took me out completely. Really it just felt like ideas being shoved in with little thought as to why. It wasn't like the CGI show that while aimed at kids I wasn't finding myself rolling my eyes when characters acted like they did or had plot points cliche or otherwise. Some of that was with the fact it told it's story with about double the run time, but that doesn't excuse what they did when they could have done anything with the brand. It's not like say Avatar TLAB where you have to pay attention to the lore. For how simple and episodic the original series was Kevin could have done anything with it but really it felt like he just didn't care and he like most of the VAs were just phoning it in.
