In the MP wars with Trailbreaker, Springer, Galvatron they've always revealed dead last. FT's Lupus was out of left field and seemed like a marketshare grab after MT went with headmasters. Given how unpolished it was in engineering and design, it seems like it was a rush job. The other fact there is that Fanstoys are also MIA at Chinese events.

If you release less than stellar things at their price point you can't really blame people for waiting for the better option. I can't speak on fucking with factories, but that isn't a new thing rumor. IIRC, the rumor was Spinout got sabotaged because there was some other Sunstreaker design in the early stages and they were using KFC's factory. Also leaking the official Masterpiece Megatron sounds like a major dick move, but it would mean Fanstoy's has someone in the know.
