His alt-mode is lame but I didn't believe we would get him in the first place so I can easily accept this.
Honestly my only gripe is that they felt the need to turn Orion into a "cata clerk" when the story this is based on had the coolest version of Orion so far and personally I wish he was always a cop instead of having these low tier no-name jobs.

Conspirators of the state killed his two underlings and he went nuclear over this, stormed the senate and was only barely spared from jail or execution because Shockwave risked his ass to save him. They became comrades after that to oppose Sentinel and his evil twink. The toy is a mix of different types though, only the upper part (minus head) is the same.
