I thought it might have changed but I also checked He-Man and Faker’s listings and they say Warriors TM. It might have recently changed. Toynami had that trademark forever and Brian Flynn from Super7 was aggravated they did and wanted it for himself. Crazy if Mattel suddenly got it back.
>>10867959The Asian Barbie twins was a nickname for the 2 kids on the Marvel Legends team at Hasbro. If anyone was around during the Classics days you might remember when Nutlick left. Usually he hosted all those collector press conferences at Toy Fair, SDCC etc. I want to say it was the SDCC after he left, they introduced the new team running Matty Collector. It was literally a team of people where before it was him and maybe one other guy. The new guy came off pretty good and talked about they were going to take MC to new heights. He’s combed the archives of what they have and along with Classics and DC Universe they could add in Dino Riders, Wheeled Warriors and maybe even the Street Sharks among others. It generated a good amount of excitement especially after Scott was gone.
Then nothing came of it and by the next year Matty Collector was closed down. The guy disappeared and was replaced by a black chick, then she disappeared and was replaced by another guy then he was gone, the one designer eventually was running things until it ended.
The little presentation I heard about at German Toy Fair was all about catching the Kidult audience with nostalgia driven brands.
