For example, the downward-point, more angular faceplate vs. the Sunbow rounded, upward-angled plate. Additionally, the inner ear spikes are shorter than on the Sunbow model, if they are present in the cel you're looking at. Also, subtle additional greeble on the faceplate, along the top of the helmet and on the ear pieces, which helps sell the scale of Prime.
Sunstreaker's head is garbage, mindless obedience to the Sunbow cels with little regard for if it looks good in 3D.
Reminder, if MP10 were made today he'd have a fuck-ugly giant yellow rectangle on a flat codplate/diaper, just like Megatron.
