Quality is higher on the Super7's compared to the Neca toon turtles. The plastic is better quality and more durable, and parts are often cast in the correct colors instead of being painted, which is an issue with the Neca figures. Wave 3 has paint QC issues tho. Sculpting is also done by 4Horsemen. Neca also screwed up their April O'Neil figure which angered lots of people, and messed up their Ratking figure with a paint issue on his crotch where it flaked off if you moved him.
