>>8871847I don't know the exact details but if I had to purely guess it looks like a cardboard wall with a hole, and repurposed pirate theme frame put onto it. Artist turned it upside down so the details on the edge wouldn't conflict with the Jeanne's head. I don't want to think the artist used black electrical tape on their figure but maybe something similar. Also evidence of some (actual) hot glue use for some reason. Hardest part is identifying the material used for the taping.
That being said, making a room size diorama of those things would be an impressive display, no doubt. Actually, I have a bunch of empty miniature frames laying around and... Nah.
