I got this guy at my LCS when he just came out, a huge, super articulated (something like 28 POA), beautifully painted behemoth of a figure. His mask opens, his gatling guns spin, and each one of those bullets is a separate piece of plastic that you need to thread into a wired bandolier one by one. It is one of the coolest figures I have ever owned to this very day.
It cost me $35. That's after my LCS slapped on import fees, their own profit, and all. In today's money, that would be about $57. Which I still think is fair for a figure with this much effort and love put into it. I got the smaller figs like Wolfwood, Vash, and Meryl for like $22 or so I think. it felt like a lot at the time, but I also thought they felt worth the asking price.
