Autism: As someone who put in about 150 hours, no. Pirate it if you can and just download a complete save. Stats are tied to ms parts and there is no transmog. Gundam breaker 3 is superior in almost every way with its only downside being its age and thus limited variety of ms. Because stats are tied to parts you are forced into building and grinding to simply pass health checks. You can focus objectives but unless you kill the enemy team often they will basically hound your ass until death and ignore objectives. Builder's parts add 0 functionality to your ms in New gundam breaker, only giving your stats a buff at the cost of lowering a different stat. While in Gundam Breaker 3 you could actually add extra weapons, reinforce parts, or even barriers/I fields to reduce damage in missions. The romance feature of NGB is simply extra stages with a few cgs in between if you pick the right choices, each with a different ending. Another one of the worst changes is how you grind parts themselves. As you can only carry 5 parts at a time until you must extract them mid match which is a solid 15 seconds of standing completely still and defenseless. Also taking damage will cause you to not only lose the parts you have on your gunpla but also the parts you carry, meaning you can easily drop all of the parts you are trying to extract because the enemy is constantly seeking you out. Just buy GB3 if you want a fun game and the ability to make some fun shit.
