I only took out Elsa because she's blonde and has a light blue dress which dust is less noticeable on. I've read a few comments complaining about that dolls hair feeling plasticy, and dry. If I ever took mine out of the box I would probably leave the curls alone. Not sure if washing it would help, but if it does please let us know.
