>>7827781>I'm not talking about con exclusivesYou said that no one would have bought them if they were expensive. LOTS AND LOTS of shit is never sold out (muchless commands rape prices on ebay) at SDCC and other conventions, despite being convention exclusives.
Fact is that people had to jump through a LOT of hoops to buy them at SDCC, FORCED to buy an entire set of characters they might not even like, and they sold out.
This happened two years in a row.
So don't go moving the goalpost just because it doesn't fit your biased view.
> I'll remember not to believe you next time subjectanon. Oh, you don't like my hyperbole about expensive shit that even you didn't think was worth it? You nor i knew the price, we just knew they're too fucking much for what they are and that's really my point when saying they cost $80. Whether they're $80 or $50 it's too expensive and even you think their price is only reasonable at $40.
Personally, i saw them for $20 and still passed on them, because it'd be just a waste of money to buy something that looks like they belong on kazoos.
>Lol whatever makes you feel better man.You can try to prove me wrong by looking through our archive to prove it's more than a couple of people who showed off their Figuarts, but like with most things even to this day, a lot of shit seems to be rarely bought vs the amount of shitposters who defend said product from criticism.
IT's the honest truth about /toy/. Just like how so many people here dump their regrets on the BST just to buy the newer "better" version.
