His cape weighs him down a little, at least of mine, but it's barely noticable as there isn't too much forward and back tilt in the first place and even then it depends on what angle it's at.
Also don't spend too much on it, Omnimon is 3 to a box so he's not rare. I'd give you one of mine but I'm guessing you're in the US since that tends to be the case here.
