I bought a Medicom RAH Darth Vader 2.0 figure from jungle last year.
The light up gimmick in the lightsaber never worked from the moment I opened the box and put a fresh set of batteries in (the ones it came shipped with didn't work either).
I tried emailing Jungle but they basically told me "it worked before we shipped it, nothing we can do".
Also tried emailing Medicom to see if I could buy a replacement lightsaber, I received no reply so I guess they don't give a shit about customer service either.
I thought LED's were supposed to have insanely long lifespans but this one seems to have just given up.
tl;dr, is there any way to fix the light?
