I have found several stores on bricklink that have the parts or just complete figures for less than $1.00. Shipping will put me over on all of these so I guess I'm aiming for as close to 20 figures for as close to $20. I have also looked on E-bay and such for bulk lots of random figures, but I'm concerned that most of them seem to include terrible quality knock offs.
Has anyone ever done this before? Is such a thing even possible?
