That said, it's easy enough to discern which number it's supposed to be by looking at the state it's going to. If it's Ohio then clearly it's a "4". USPS' employees are partially stupid for not figuring that piss-easy solution out, but most of the fault is Andrew's because he didn't graduate the third grade.
