Mayor McCaskill is a white woman.
Dr Harleen Quinzel of the Arkham Asylum is a white woman.
The security guard for Arkham Asylum is Aaron Cash. He is a black man.
Catalina Flores (aka Tarantula) is a former FBI agent. She is a Mexican.
And now they're even making the police officers brown or female. The upcoming Two-Face Double Demolition set has two police officers, one a black man, the other a white woman.
